Refund policy
Our goal is to help you find products that are the perfect fit for your skin. We hope you will be completely satisfied with your HGO products and we will accept any full-size product purchased directly from HoneyGirlOrganics.com for a return or exchange. Products must be in the original packaging and received within 30 days of purchase. Please note: Except where required by applicable law, including the EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal described below, we do not accept international returns under our voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
This section applies only to consumers located in the European Union who purchase products from HoneyGirlOrganics.com for personal, household, or other non-business use. This section does not apply to wholesale, distributor, resale, professional, or other business purchases.
This EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal applies in addition to, and where applicable overrides, Honey Girl Organics’ voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
14-Day Right to Withdraw
Subject to the exceptions below, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For products delivered in one shipment, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the products.
For products delivered in multiple shipments, lots, or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the last shipment, lot, or piece.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Honey Girl Organics before the withdrawal period expires by making a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You may do this by emailing us at help@honeygirlorganics.com or by sending written notice to:

For EU purchases made through our website or another Honey Girl Organics online interface, you may also use our electronic withdrawal function labeled “Withdraw from contract here.” After selecting this function, you will be asked to provide or confirm your name, information identifying the order or contract, and the email address or other electronic contact information where you would like to receive confirmation. You will then be asked to select “Confirm withdrawal.”
After you submit a withdrawal request through the electronic withdrawal function, Honey Girl Organics will acknowledge receipt without undue delay by email or another durable medium. The acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal request and the date and time it was submitted.
Returning Products After Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the products to Honey Girl Organics without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You meet this deadline if you send the products back before the 14-day return period has expired.

Unless Honey Girl Organics has agreed to pay return shipping costs, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. If we provide a prepaid return label, any return shipping amount to be deducted from your refund will be clearly disclosed before you use the label. If the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming, this return-shipping-cost rule does not limit your statutory rights.
Refunds for EU Statutory Withdrawals
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, Honey Girl Organics will refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn products, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. We are not required to refund any additional delivery cost if you selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered at checkout.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fee from Honey Girl Organics as a result of the refund.
Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect the products only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exception for Sealed Hygiene and Personal Care Products
The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Because Honey Girl Organics sells skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, this exception may apply to products supplied with a hygiene seal, tamper-evident seal, protective wrap, sealed cap, sealed pump, or similar protective packaging once that seal or packaging has been opened, removed, broken, or otherwise compromised after delivery.
This exception does not limit your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming.

Except for valid EU statutory withdrawals, defective products, damaged products, incorrectly supplied products, or other returns required by applicable law, returns under our voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable except where required by applicable law. For valid EU statutory withdrawals, standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded as described in the EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal section below, but customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs unless Honey Girl Organics agrees otherwise or the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you can do this within 30 minutes after the order has been placed. The easiest way to cancel or make changes to an order is to email us: help@honeygirlorganics.com or call (808)-638-5302.
Please note: If you cancel an order later than 30 minutes after it has been placed, the order cancellation may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee does not apply to EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal or where prohibited by applicable law.
