New products are only tried & tested by consenting adult testers (often ourselves, friends, or long-time customers who know our products) to make sure they are effective and gentle. These controlled try-outs help us gather evidence on how a product performs (for example, ensuring it moisturizes well without irritation) before we introduce it to you.

Of course, we also comply with all safety regulations and do standard laboratory tests for things like stability and microbial safety on each formula. So, while we may not run formal clinical trials like big pharmaceutical companies, we perform plenty of in-house and real-world testing to guarantee our products are safe and deliver the promised results.

We do not partner with big external labs for large clinical studies on each product (those are often not required for the gentle, food-grade skincare we make), but we continuously gather evidence in the ways that matter: through decades of customer results, up-to-date research findings, and rigorous quality testing of every batch.
