Domestic Shipping 

  • We offer free U.S. shipping on all $100+ orders (after promo codes & discounts)
  • Orders are shipped from our Hawaii Facility within 2-3 business days
  • Ship via USPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air. PO Box address must use USPS
  • Shipping cost is based on USPS or FedEx rates and will show in your shopping cart during checkout
  • Shipping time is an estimate and begins once order has shipped and DOES NOT include order processing time

    International Shipping

    • We offer international shipping with FedEx
    • Shipping cost is based on FedEx rates. Shipping costs will show in your shopping cart during checkout
    • Due to each country's import regulations & restrictions, we might have to cancel your order
    • Honey Girl Organics is not responsible (and no refund will be issued) for items or orders that are seized, damaged, destroyed or refused by Customs
    • Please note that the prices do not include customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs. It is your responsibility to pay these fees at the time of delivery or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees
      • Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient upon delivery
      • Please note that we need a valid email address and phone number to be able to ship internationally.

      Where is my order?

      You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Once the packaged has been shipped from our location, it is in the care of the carrier. As we strive to make sure that shipping information is correct, we cannot control what happens once the carrier has the package and it is en route. Once your tracking number has been received (the tracking number is emailed once your order has been processed) begin checking the appropriate carrier website to see the shipping status. If the status of the package states that it has been delivered and you still have not received it, consult the carrier website and begin the claim process.       Return & Exchange Policy

      Our goal is to help you find products that are the perfect fit for your skin. We hope you will be completely satisfied with your HGO products and we will accept any full-size product purchased directly from for a return or exchange. If you purchased your HGO product in a store, please contact your store for a return or exchange. Products must be in the original packaging and received within 30 days of purchase. Please note: we do not accept any international returns. 

      Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 

      Follow these 3 steps to return or exchange products

      1. Connect with HGO Customer Service

      If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact HGO Customer Service to initiate your return/exchange at 808.638.5302 or Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues that arise with your product(s) and ensure that your return/exchange meets our policy requirements. We can also recommend products for exchanges. Exchanges has to be of equal or less value. It is important that you contact HGO Customer Service before you send in a return or exchange. 

      2. Complete The Return Form

      Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included. 

      Download our Return/Exchange form here and included it in your package. 

      3. Pack your return

      Please safely pack the product(s) and include the return form. All products must be wrapped individually and sufficiently. If sending unopened product, we must receive it in salable condition for refund. Please pack so that each product is padded from damage caused during shipment. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost returns, so please ensure you send the return with a trackable carrier. 

      Once your return is received together with the Return Form and it meets our Return Policy, please allow 7 business days for the refund/exchange to be processed. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. 

      International Returns

      We are not able to process any International Returns or Exchanges, due to the shipping costs.

      Wholesale Returns 

      Wholesale accounts have 90 days to return product.  

      Order Modification & Cancellation

      After placing your order, you have 30 minutes to cancel or modify your order. The easiest way to cancel or make changes to an order is to email us: or call (808)-638-5302. 

      If you cancel an order later than 30 minutes after it's been placed, the order cancellation will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
