How do the savings work?

The discount is based on how many products are in your routine. Two products take 5% off, three take 10%, and four take 15%. The progress bar in your routine panel shows where you are and what the next tier is worth.

Do I need a discount code?

No. The savings are applied to your cart automatically as soon as you hit a tier, and they carry through to checkout. There is nothing to type in.

Can I add more than four products?

Yes — a routine holds up to ten. Four is simply where the discount tops out, so everything past the fourth product still comes with 15% off the routine.

How many can I take from each step?

Each step has its own cap: up to two cleansers, two toners, two serums or treatments and two moisturizers, plus up to four from Body & Specialty. Ten products is the overall limit for one routine.

Do I have to pick one from every step?

Not at all — skip any step you don’t need. Your discount is set by how many products are in the routine, not by which steps they came from, so two moisturizers and two body products reach 15% just as well as one of each.

Can I change my picks before checkout?

Of course. Remove anything from your routine with the × beside it, or adjust the quantity right on the product. Your savings recalculate as you go.

Can I subscribe to my routine?

Yes. Choose Subscribe & Save before you add the routine to your cart and you’ll get your routine savings on the first order plus subscriber savings on every delivery after. Pick One-time purchase if you’d rather just buy once — no commitment either way.
