• Nursing nipples: Apply a thin layer after each feed. If applying before nursing, wipe excess from nipple/areola with a clean, damp cloth.
• Belly & stretch-prone areas: Massage a small amount into skin 1–2× daily.
• Perineal care: Apply a small amount before and after birth as needed for comfort.

For Baby

• Diaper area: On clean, dry skin, apply a light layer at each change to help protect against moisture.
• Dry spots: Dab and gently massage until absorbed.

General

• Use clean fingers or a spatula. External use only. Avoid eyes. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For persistent diaper rash, consult a pediatrician.
