1. On clean, dry feet, massage liberally into heels and rough areas until absorbed.
2. Applies best after shower or bath.
3. For an intensive overnight treatment, apply a thicker layer and wear socks.
4. Allow to absorb fully before walking barefoot or putting on shoes without socks.
