1. Apply a pea-size amount to clean, dry cuticles and nails.
2. Massage 15–30 seconds until absorbed; gently push back cuticles if desired.
3. Use 1–3× daily, especially after hand-washing and before bed.
4. For an intensive overnight treatment, apply a thicker layer and wear cotton gloves.
5. Safe for toenails too.

Safety: External use only. Avoid broken skin. Use clean fingers or a spatula. Store at room temperature.
