8. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Opt-Out Rights

HGO does not knowingly sell personal information for money.

However, some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly. Depending on where you live, our use of advertising cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and marketing platforms may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising because certain information may be made available to advertising or analytics partners.

You may opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where required by law by:

Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw from a rewards, referral, or promotional program by contacting us or using available account settings, subject to the terms of the specific program.

The value of any reward, discount, or incentive is reasonably related to the value we receive from the relationship, including customer loyalty, repeat purchases, referrals, and related business benefits.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. However, if you ask us to delete information needed to provide rewards, discounts, referrals, or account benefits, we may be unable to continue providing those program benefits.

We may use, repost, moderate, remove, or display user-generated content as permitted by law and our applicable terms. We may also use reviews and testimonials for advertising or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

Reviews, testimonials, and product comments should reflect honest opinions and experiences. We may remove content that appears fraudulent, spam-like, unlawful, misleading, medically inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our policies.

11. Consumer Health, Skin Concern, and Sensitive Information
