Shake gently before use. Warm a small amount (pea size) in hand and apply to clean, damp or dry hair, concentrating on the lower ends of the hair shafts, where more conditioning is needed. Reapply as necessary.

Use as a deep treatment mask: Shampoo, rinse, then apply generously to roots, working serum throughout hair. Leave in for 30 minutes and gently shampoo out.

Once all my hair is done, I comb and braid it. Combing will help distribute the HGO Hair Serum more evenly. Surprisingly, even with 2 teaspoons of this hair treatment applied, my hair is not greasy. (I do have a lot of long and dry hair). In the morning, I shampoo twice with a very good quality moisturizing shampoo and then use a very good moisturizing conditioner.
