5 Simple Steps To Healthy Skin For Men

5 Simple Steps To Healthy Skin For Men

Here's the HGO guide: '5 simple steps to healthy skin for men':

1. Cleanse

Everyone needs to start and end the day by cleansing their skin. Bar soap is normally too harsh for the face. We recommend the Foaming Facial Wash for an effective but gentle facewash that can be used 2x a day without stripping the skin.

2. Hydrate

Hydration is key to healthy skin and the Facial Toner is a super-easy way to spritz on instant hydration. It also helps balance the skin. Great to use right after cleansing, and also after shaving.

3. Moisturize

The most important step in any skincare routine is moisturizing. We've created a lightweight multi-tasking moisturizer especially for men that can be used on face and body. ManKine Face & Body Lotion leaves skin healthy, soft, smooth, and protected. It's also great as an aftershave lotion.

For men with dryer, acne-prone, or irritated skin, we recommend using the Super Skin Food as your twice-a-day, daily moisturizer.

4. Exfoliate

Every man should exfoliate at least once a week! This helps with ingrown hair and facilitates a smoother surface before shaving. The Facial Scrub is a sugar-based gentle exfoliant that instantly smoothes while moisturizing the skin. Can be used 1-3 times a week.

5. Protect

The last step is to protect the face and lips! Our Lip Balm Stick Extra Sensitive is a favorite amongst the HGO guys. No essential oils, just moisturizing organic olive oil and protective beeswax.

The Protect stick provides protection from all the elements (wind, sun, water, pollution), and is an easy and convenient way to just sweep protection onto your face.

I’ve been moisturizing my skin for years and just recently took my wife’s recommendation to try your products. They’re awesome! I live in California and my skin tends to get dry specifically my face. I started using the “moisturize” and it’s become my go to facial cream. I’m converted! Now I use the the skin protect and superfood. Keep it up!
