The masterminds over at Environmental Working Group (EWG), Skin Deep, and Food Scores have created an app called Healthy Living that allows you to scan a product's bar code and it will show you the score of the product. If the score is a 1 or a 2 (green) you are in the clear, 3-6 (orange) will be a mild hazard, and 7-10 (red) are high hazard and you should steer far away from them.
They have over 120,000 items in their databases from food and household cleaners, to skin care and cosmetics. You are covered head to toe and inside out. It makes shopping for cleaner products effortless - and actually...kind of fun!
You will find Honey Girl Organics in their database by searching for or scanning our products.
