We hope you will be completely satisfied with your HGO products and we will accept any full-sized product purchased directly from HoneyGirlOrganics.com for a return or exchange, as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase.
If you purchased your HGO product in a store, please contact your store for a return or exchange.
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact HGO Customer Service to initiate your return/exchange at 808.638.5302 or Orders@HoneyGirlOrganics.com. Our team will be happy to assist you to ensure that your purchase meet our policy requirements. We can also recommend products for exchanges. It is important that you contact HGO Customer Service before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to our Customer Service.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included.
Please safely pack the products and include the return form. All products must be wrapped individually and sufficiently. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost returns, so please ensure you send the return with a trackable carrier.
Once your return is received together with the Return Form and it meets our Return Policy, please allow 7 business days for the refund/exchange to be processed.
