10 Tips for Beautiful Skin

With so many skincare and beauty products to choose from these days, our daily routine for applying products is getting more and more complicated. So, what is really the best approach to achieving healthy glowing skin? Read on for our tips for keeping your skin healthy and strong.

1. Drink Plenty Of Water

While drinking water doesn't directly impact the hydration of your skin, it does benefit your skin. Your body requires proper hydration in order to function properly. Drinking at least 8 glasses a day can help minimize inflammation and flush out unwanted toxins. Water is also essential to the production of structural proteins such as collagen and elastin, which keep your skin elastic and strong! 

2. Avoid Too Much Direct Sun Exposure 

Spending long hours in the sun can cause premature aging, sun spots and wrinkles. In order to prevent skin damage, we encourage you to cover up and avoid going outdoors during peek sun hours. If you have experienced too much sun, make sure to give your skin the nourishment it needs as soon as possible with natural and organic ingredients like cooling aloe vera, olive oil and honey, which you can find in the After Sun Face & Body Lotion.

As much as it feels good to be lazy, sitting for hours can promote bloating, puffiness, acne, cellulite, and overall loss of muscle tone. It is important that you have a 30-minute dose of moderately vigorous exercise daily.
