Our bees collect nectar and pollen from a great variety of flowers and then they concentrate the nectar and pollen into honey, beeswax, and royal jelly. These ingredients are packed with nutrition and healing qualities. For example, in its natural and raw state, honey contains many vitamins and minerals, plus anti-oxidants, antibiotics, and antimicrobial agents. Raw honey provides worker bees with all the nutrition they need.
